Charity Board Readiness

What can women from Black, Asian and minoritised ethnic communities aspiring to join charity boards do to prepare themselves for success? Join us at our first event on charity board readiness where you will learn more about the charity sector and what it takes to become a trustee. 

This event will equip you with knowledge and confidence to apply for a position on a charity board, and use your skills and expertise to further a cause that you are passionate about! The event will cover the following: charity trusteeship overview; the legal responsibilities of a trustee; why you should consider joining a charity board; and, how to successfully apply for a trustee role.
