Social Practice ENT | General Terms for Paid Events

 

Thank you for registering for Social Practice ENT's paid online events. Before you proceed to purchase your ticket(s) we strongly recommend you read through the terms and conditions on our Events page www.socialpractice.co.uk/events, that apply to each specific event. 

In this section, words such as ‘holder’ and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you - the person who will buy the ticket(s) to any of our paid online events ‘the Event’.

 

On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ indicate the organisers of the Event, Social Practice ENT.

By opting to purchase tickets to the Event you automatically agree to our terms of use (Terms).

​

Should any changes, revisions, or amendments to these Terms be made after you have purchased a ticket, you will be duly notified by Social Practice ENT. Any changes will be communicated via email and will be reflected on our website www.socialpractice.co.uk These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of the Event tickets. 

​

The price of one Event ticket is £30. 

​

The bearer assumes full responsibility of the Event tickets, once (s)he receives it. 

​

If tickets are lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way, replacement tickets will be issued via email. Please email hello@socialpractice.co.uk

​

Social Practice ENT is the sole authorised source for purchasing the Event tickets, and reserves the right to dishonour stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.

​

Please note that the Event tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.

​

The Event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as the Event starts.  From that point on, no refund requests will be honoured. 

​

All ticket sales are deemed as final transactions.  

​

If the Event is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, Social Practice ENT will offer a full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, etc. The decision of Social Practice  will be considered final.

​

A full refund will be issued if tickets are cancelled within 72 hours days of the event, by the ticket bearer.

​

If the Event has to be rescheduled to other dates, you will be eligible for a full refund, within 10 working days. Tickets may also be exchanged for any of our other events, if a request is made within 7days by emailing hello@socialpractice.co.uk

​

The bearer cannot, under any circumstances, claim refunds from Social Practice ENT on shipping fees, processing fees, handling fees, and such other charges.

​

By purchasing the Event tickets, you give your consent to Social Practice ENT to collect certain information about yourself (name, email address, etc.) for verification and necessary storage. 

​

As a values based organisation, there is the expectation that all attendees will be courteous and mindful of other attendees at our events.

 

We hope you will have a pleasant and enriching experience at our Event!
